A photographer, comms guru, and tech policy nerd. I'm Paraguayan-Japanese, born and raised in Miami, and I've called Washington DC home for the past 4 years. I’m very fortunate to my intercultural background that I’m able speak English, Spanish, and Japanese, which has been a great skill to have in such a international city like DC.
Since moving to DC, I've moved away from fashion photography into event photography and videography for members of Congress, think tanks, corporate partners, nonprofit organizations, federal agencies, and museums. Whether it’s a Capitol Hill reception, a policy panel, or a cultural event at the Smithsonian, I'm able to capture those vibrant moments.
When I'm not behind the camera, I'm pursuing a graduate degree in international affairs at American University, focusing on emerging tech policy, especially AI safety.
